The family visit visa is a sort of visa that permits citizens to visit and remain with their relatives in foreign nations.

1. Passport: The candidate must produce an authentic passport issued within the last ten years. The passport must be valid for at least six months after the scheduled date of travel. The applicant’s existing passport must contain two empty/blank pages back to back. Handwriting and alteration are not permitted. A clear photocopy of the first page through the last page is required. If the applicant already utilized any pages, he or she must give a clear copy of those pages as well. If the applicant possesses an old passport, he or she must include it.
2. United Kingdom Visa Application Form: An online visa application form must have all of the necessary information. The form must be completed in block letters.

6. Forwarding Letter: A letter from the employer’s office on the organization’s letterhead pad detailing the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, application purpose and allocated tasks during the visit, duration of the stay, contact details, and other essential details.
7. Relationship with Invitee: Relationship with the invitee must be submitted. Documents proving the connection are necessary if the spouse is not registered at the Embassy. A marriage certificate will suffice as documentation. A family register, work permit, and residency certificate are necessary if the applicant is a family member of the invitee who works in the targeted nation or an employee in the planned country.
8. Host evidence of residency: A resident of the host nation must provide proof of residency. If he/she has a work permit visa, he/she must also send a copy of it.
9. Photo ID Card and Utility Copy of Invitee: A legal or original document of an invitee who resides in the targeted nation. His or her utility bill, phone number, and leasing agreement must also be submitted. He/she must present all papers that have been authenticated by the authenticator.
10. Bank Statements of the Invitee: A copy of bank statements from the invitee’s party (invitee/Employer company/any other individual) for the previous 6 months that clearly indicates the Bank’s name and telephone number with permitted bank stamp and signature.
11. Office ID Card: Copies of the office identification card/visiting card must be submitted (3 copies).
12. Firm Memorandum: If the applicant is the owner/managing director of the company or hired as one of the company’s directors, a clear scanned copy of the Company Memorandum is required.
13. Personal Bank Statements: The candidate must produce a six-month personal bank statement. He/she must also include the name and phone number of the bank, as well as an approved bank stamp and signature.
14. Personal ITR Certificate: The applicant must produce a copy of his or her past three years’ income tax returns.
15. Bank Statements for the Company: Bank statement copies of the sponsoring firm or party for the previous six months clearly include the Bank’s name and telephone number with an approved bank stamp and signature (If the company sponsors the trip).
16. ITR Certificate for the Company: The applicant must produce the last three years’ income tax return certificate from the employer for which he or she works. Legal authorities must authorize the license (If the company sponsors the trip).
17. Airline Ticket Itinerary: A reserved itinerary for the applicant’s airline ticket based on the trip schedule and return date.
18. Hotel Reservation: A planned itinerary for the applicant’s lodging. He or she must specify the hotel or resort based on the trip’s itinerary.
